Former White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt will start as a contributor for Fox News in November, the New York Times reported Monday.

“Karoline’s firsthand experience in the White House and on the presidential campaign trail gives her a distinct understanding of today’s political landscape,” Fox News Media Chief Executive Suzanne Scott said in a statement.

Leavitt departed the White House after giving birth to her second child. She briefly returned from maternity leave before opting to leave the administration.

She will join Kayleigh McEnany as the second of Trump's press secretaries to head to the network.

Leavitt rose to prominence through an unsuccessful campaign for Congress in New Hampshire in 2022. She subsequently became the press secretary for the Trump 2024 campaign and was then appointed to the role for the administration.
