Crowley leads Tiffany by 4 points in Wisconsin's race for governor, new head-to-head poll shows

A new poll of likely Wisconsin voters shows Democratic nominee David Crowley having a four percentage point lead over Republican nominee U.S. Rep. Tom Tiffany.
The poll found that among all respondents, 48% said they would vote for Crowley, while 44% said their support is going for Tiffany, Wisconsin Public Radio reported.
Among independents, 42% are planning to vote for Crowley, and 30% are choosing Tiffany.
Crowley's strongest support came from Democrats with college degrees, and Tiffany's strongest support came from Republicans with less than a college degree.
The poll, by Platform Communications, surveyed 500 likely general election voters on Aug. 12 and Aug. 13.
