Trump boosts Mike Lindell on primary day

President Donald Trump on Tuesday urged voters to turn out to support MyPillow founder Mike Lindell in the Republican primary for governor.

"Mike Lindell deserves a BIG WIN IN MINNESOTA today. Nobody has worked harder, and given up so much, in fighting for free and fair Elections. Go out, NOW, and VOTE for Mike Lindell for Governor. He will not let you down," Trump posted on Truth Social.

Lindell is a prominent Trump supporter and was a major proponent of his 2020 election fraud claims. He previously sought to become the chair of the Republican National Committee (RNC), though he lost out to Ronna McDaniel.

He is facing off against Minnesota Speaker of the House Lisa Demuth and TakeCharge President Kendall Qualls. Polling has consistently shown Lindell leading the field.
