Trump complains WSJ won't use 'super intelligence' for AI

President Donald Trump on Tuesday complained that the Wall Street Journal had not embraced his renaming of artificial intelligence (AI) to "superintelligence" (SI).
Trump signed an order renaming AI to SI in late September, contending that the term is more accurate. Outside of government agencies, however, many organizations have resisted the rebrand.
"When will The Wall Street Journal start calling Artificial Intelligence (AI), a very bad and inaccurate name, SI (Super Intelligence), the name which virtually everyone else is using, or soon will be," Trump posted on Truth Social. "In short order, we will be officially BANNING the term, 'AI/Artificial Intelligence,' in all relevant documents, and everything else, due to its inaccuracy."
The SI rebrand is not Trump's only attempt to change the vernacular. During his second term, he has signed orders to rename Lake Ontario to "Lake America" and the Gulf of Mexico to the "Gulf of America."
Some of his mannerisms, typos, or misspoken words have also entered the lexicon, with terms like "bigly" and "covfefe" entering public use.
