President Donald Trump on Thursday said that the White House would regard anyone using the term "artificial intelligence" to refer to AI, instead of his personally coined term of "super intelligence" to be his enemy.

Trump signed an executive order rebranding the technology in late September. He has also urged foreign countries to adopt the name change.

"The White House considers anyone that uses the term, 'Artificial Intelligence,' as opposed to the highly accepted new and more accurate term, 'Super Intelligence,' THE ENEMY!" he posted on Truth Social.

Trump's definition of "highly accepted" appears to be somewhat loose. Major AI firms have not rebranded to reflect the technology name change, though several big tech leaders did sign on to a White House accord that used the term "Super Intelligence," without objecting to the terminology.
