President Donald Trump on Friday endorsed the sitting Republicans in Arizona's House delegation for reelection, while also naming his pick to succeed Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., who is seeking the governorship.
Arizona currently has nine seats in the House, six of which are held by Republicans. Biggs is seeking the governorship, so Trump endorsed former Sheriff Mark Lamb to succeed him, calling Lamb a "MAGA warrior." Trump also backed Bigg's gubernatorial bid.
In a string of Truth Social posts, he also endorsed Reps. Juan Ciscomani, Eli Crane, Paul Gosar, and Abe Hamadeh.
Rep. David Schweikert, R-Ariz., faces Biggs in the gubernatorial primary. Trump endorsed Jay Feely to replace him in the House.
The Arizona primaries are set for later in July.
