20 prisoners of war returned to Ukraine, officials say

Ukraine welcomed home 20 more prisoners of war who were in Russian captivity, the head of the presidency’s office said on Thursday, October 13. Andriy Yermak said the prisoners were held by the Russians in Olenivka and in the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions. The exchange follows a trade of almost 300 prisoners of war on September 21. Six other prisoners were returned to Ukraine on September 29th. Credit: Andriy Yermak via Storyful
