American college student missing in France

The International Police Agency Interpol has issued a yellow notice for missing American college student Kenny Deland Junior. Yellow notices are issued to help locate missing people or help identify those who are not able to identify themselves. The notice says the 21-year-old, who was studying abroad, disappeared in Grenoble, France on November 27th.
