Amtrak CEO asks Congress to accept at least five more years of financial losses

Amtrak CEO Stephen Gardner testified before the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Tuesday on the financial viability of the federally funded rail service. Garden asked the committee for more time to update Amtrak's network with funding received through the federal infrastructure law.
