Attorneys announce intent to file civil lawsuit in Tyre Nichols death

Attorneys for the family of Tyre Nichols are expected to announce a civil lawsuit this week after Nichols was repeatedly punched and kicked by police during a traffic stop and arrest in Memphis, Tennessee on January 7th. The 29-year-old was hospitalized after the arrest and died three days later.
