California judge arrested in fatal shooting of his wife

On Thursday, homicide detectives in California arrested a judge suspected in the fatal shooting of his wife. Police took 72-year-old Orange County superior court Judge Jeffrey Ferguson into custody after investigating reports of a shooting at the couple's home.
