A decision on criminal charges in the fatal Rust movie shooting is expected by the end of January

Despite Alec Baldwin and producers of Rust settling a wrongful death lawsuit filed by Halyna Hutchins' widower, Santa Fe's district attorney has still been investigating whether or not to file criminal charges against any individuals.
