Democratic Rep. Phillips weighs 2024 presidential run

Representative Dean Phillips (D-MN) is considering running for the Democratic presidential nomination in the 2024 election, Politico reported Friday. Rep. Phillips confirmed to CNN that he will travel to New York City next week to meet with Democratic donors about the possibility of entering the race. Rep. Phillips would face off against environmental attorney Robert F. Kennedy and President Joe Biden if he chooses to run for the Democratic presidential nomination.
