French Pres. Macron meets with Ukrainian Pres. Zelensky ahead of EU summit

French President Emmanuel Macron met with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky at the Elysée Palace Wednesday night ahead of Thursday’s European Union summit meeting in Brussels.
