Germany sending weapons, ammunition and spare parts to Ukraine

Germany is planning on sending tanks, ammunition and spare parts to Ukraine as Russia's aggression continues. The German Minister of Defense, Boris Pistorius, spoke to CNN’s Nic Robertson about those plans at the Munich security conference.
