Gov. DeSantis: It’s ‘easy to be a front-runner’ in the presidential election

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis met with Republican legislative leaders for a policy roundtable in Bedford, New Hampshire on Friday. Gov. DeSantis made a slight at current GOP electoral leader and former President Donald Trump while speaking about the upcoming 2024 election. "It's easy to be a front-runner. It's easy to go out and take positions that are really popular at the time. It's harder to dig in and really cut against the grain,” said Gov. DeSantis.
