‘It’s a bad bill’: Rep. Norman raises concerns over bipartisan tax bill

Representative Ralph Norman (R-SC) says he won't vote in favor of the bipartisan tax bill because it includes a “roadblock” that will stop the next Republican administration from deporting illegal immigrants. “It’s not the right bill and I hope we can beat it.
