Josef Newgarden wins the 2023 Indy 500

After 12 attempts, long-time racer Josef Newgardenhas won the 2023 Indianapolis 500. Newgarden was the 2017 and 2019 IndyCar series champion and is now the first American to win Indy since Alexander Rossi in 2016.
