Large industrial fire prompts evacuations for Indiana residents due to threat of toxic chemicals

An evacuation order remained in place for some residents of Richmond, eastern Indiana, overnight into Wednesday, April 12, after an industrial fire, local officials said. Footage posted to Twitter shows large plumes of black smoke rise from the site of the fire on Tuesday afternoon.
