Lawyers for suspected Idaho University killer subpoena surviving roommate to testify

Defense attorneys for Bryan Kohberger, the man charged with killing four University of Idaho students in an off-campus house last November, have subpoenaed surviving roommate Bethany Funke to testify in his trial. Funke’s lawyer is fighting the request in accordance with Nevada law, where she relocated following the murders.
