Pence’s legal team files motion to block Jan. 6 testimony subpoena

Former Vice President Mike Pence’s legal team has filed a motion asking a judge to block his testimony in front of a federal grand jury about January 6. Pence has previously stated publicly that he believes the subpoena calling on him to testify is unconstitutional.
