Qatar to allow ticketless Gulf fans entry into the country for World Cup

World Cup fans without tickets can now enter Qatar after the conclusion of the World Cup Group Stage, according to a spokesman for the Ministry of Interior. Fans traveling to the country will still need to apply for a Hayya card through the World Cup website.
