Rep. Austin Scott: There was "absolutely" a Biden laptop cover up

Rep. Austin Scott joined John Solomon on Just the News No Noise last week saying he "absolutely" believes in a Hunter Biden laptop cover-up, adding it's unlikely Joe Biden would be president without it.
