Rep. Clyde: America is headed over the fiscal cliff if we don’t rein in government spending

Representative Andrew Clyde (R-GA) says Washington’s worst kept secret is that our national debt is increasing by $1 trillion nearly every 100 days. “The first step has to be stopping our out-of-control spending through the appropriations process. We showed just yesterday that we were not willing to do that. I hope in this next megabus or this next half-omnibus that we take it more seriously,” says Rep. Clyde.
