Santa Fe Sheriff's Dept. releases 551-page report on "Rust" shooting

The Santa Fe Sheriff's Department has released a report on their investigation into the shooting on the set of "Rust" in which cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was allegedly shot by Alec Baldwin.
