Southwest says service meltdown over holidays will cost airline at least $725 million
Southwest Airlines says its recent service meltdown over the holidays is going to cost the airline at least $725 million, and could hit up to $825 million. In a financial filing issued Friday, the airline said this will cause the company to report a loss in its fourth quarter.
