Taiwan: China warns of countermeasures over U.S arms sales package
The Biden Administration approved a $1.1 Billion dollar arms package with Taiwan. The deal was struck after several American lawmakers and diplomats visited the island. The White House informed Congress of the sale on Friday, which includes 60 anti-ship missiles. The news was met with consternation from mainland China.
