Tim Stewart reacts to Biden-favored EV startup Fisker filing for bankruptcy

U.S. Oil and Gas Association President Tim Stewart says the fundamental problem with Fisker was its heavy reliance on government subsidies and outsourcing of production. The California electric vehicle startup filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Monday.
