Just the News and Real America's Voice are partnering with The American Border Story to host the first annual American Border Heroes Awards, a two-day nationally televised extravaganza that will honor the men and women on the front lines of border secutity and the families who lost loved ones to illegal migrant crime.

The event slated for Thursday and Friday will honor several awards winners, including White House Border Czar Tom Homan, and include members of Congress like Rep. Glenn Grothman, as well as current and former law enforcement officers for a live discussion on the border crisis and how it has been reversed under President Donald Trump.

The American Border Heroes Awards will also bring together 21 members of angel families, including the families of Laken Riley and Jocelyn Nungaray, and unveil new scholarships honoring those lost to crimes during the border crisis, including Rachel Morrin.

The ceremony will air on Real America's Voice television network at 6 p.m. ET on Thursday and Friday this week.

"The American Border Story gifted an extraordinary contribution to the nation the last few years, reminding us daily of the breathtaking toll of an open and insecure border," Just the News Editor in Chief John Solomon said. "It helped make sure the sacrifices of families who lost loved ones to violent illegal immigrants and poisonous fentanyl were not in vain and that the tireless determination and efforts of our Border Patrol and ICE agents to protect us in the face of unthinkable odds did not go unchronicled.

"Now with these awards, The American Border Story is making sure future generations never forget these essential lessons. We are so honored to be host for this incredible two-day event."

Nicole Kiprilov, executive director of The American Border Story, said she hopes tomake the awards and scholarships an annual event.

“This week marked 100 days since President Trump took office. In that time, his Administration
has made significant strides towards securing our border, deporting criminals, and fixing our
broken immigration system,” Kiprilov said.

“On Thursday, we will celebrate those accomplishments, honor American angel families, and pay tribute to the Border Heroes who are working tirelessly to secure our border and make America safe again," she added. "The reason we at The American Border Story do what we do is that we want to make sure that the light at the end of the tunnel never dims. We want to make sure the stories we tell have longevity and that we never forget the atrocities that occurred as a result of failing to secure our border."
