The House of Representatives on Wednesday evening passed the massive 2026 National Defense Authorization Act with bipartisan support.

The sprawling defense bill passed in a bipartisan 312-112 split, according to The Hill. Ninety-four Democrats and 18 Republicans opposed the bill.

The passage was more bipartisan than the vote to advance it earlier Wednesday, which saw all Republicans except Kentucky GOP Rep. Thomas Massie vote in favor of the legislation.

The over 3,000-page bill is considered a compromise because it includes language to require the Pentagon to hand over “unedited video of strikes conducted against designated terrorist organizations in the area of responsibility of the United States Southern Command.”

The $900 billion legislation will now go to the Senate for approval, before going to President Donald Trump's desk for his signature.
