A federal judge on Tuesday terminated proceedings in Hunter Biden's gun case after a presidential pardon by President Biden.

Hunter bought a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver in 2018 and checked “no” on the federal purchase form that asked if the buyer ever used or was addicted to illegal drugs. Within 11 days he had the firearm.

U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika ordered the case closed following the pardon.
