Supreme Court allows detoured flight of migrants to head to South Sudan

The Supreme Court on Thursday issued an order permitting a flight of deported illegal aliens that had been detoured since May to finally head to South Sudan.
Though the court previously issued a ruling that affirmed the ability of federal authorities to deport illegals to third party countries, a Massachusetts-based federal judge insisted his original stay on the May flight was still valid.
The Supreme Court said otherwise, the Associated Press reported.
In late May, the Trump administration attempted to deport eight violent criminals to South Sudan, though U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy intervened with an order demanding the protracted detour while their case proceeded.
