Escapee used same route another prisoner took in May
The Pennsylvania prisoner who recently escape from a suburban Philadelphia jail yard while serving a murder sentence scaled a wall, climbed over razor wire and jumped from a roof to flee, according to authorities.
The Chester County District Attorney's Office on Wednesday release a video clip of the escape. WATCH HERE
The Aug. 31 escape wasn’t detected by guards for an a hour, authorities also said.
The manhunt for escaped murderer Danelo Cavalcante on Thursday continued into its eight day.
The 34-year-old Cavalcante used the same route another prisoner took in May.
A tower guard on duty during the breakout was put on leave as part of the escape investigation, according to the Associated Press.
