President Trump announced Monday that the U.S. will be sending “billions of dollars” worth of weapons to Ukraine. The U.S. will be selling the weapons to NATO, which will then deliver the weapons to Ukraine. At the same time, Trump said he would impose “secondary tariffs” on countries doing business with Russia in 50 days if there is no peace deal agreed to with Ukraine to end the three-and-a-half year war.

The announcement came during a televised meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte in the Oval Office. Trump said the weapons will include “everything.”
