The Trump administration announced on Sunday it has decided to eliminate 2,000 posts at the U.S. Agency for International Development and put most others on leave, according to a report from Associated Press.
U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols had denied a legal effort from employees to continue the temporary stay on the administration's plan to phase out the agency.
