Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office considers charging parents of kids caught with loaded gun

The Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office is considering charging the parents of kids who were caught with gun.

Two boys, 7 and 9, were seen in a video with the gun.

Bernalillo County Sheriff John Allen said their drone program thwarted a possible fatal shooting. 

Local news reported that deputies are exploring a potential link between the family and behavioral health services.
