Kirk funeral arrangements announced

The funeral for conservative political activist Charlie Kirk will be held Sept. 21 at State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals NFL football team.

The ceremony is being organized by Turning Point USA, the youth-oriented conservative movement that Kirk founded, according to the New York Post.

Kirk was fatally shot Wednesday at a rally at Utah Valley University. He was 31. 

Utah resident Tyler Robinson has been arrested in connection with the killing.

President Trump has said he would attend the funeral.
