President Donald Trump is expected to cap off next week’s Group of Seven summit in France with a formal dinner hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron at the historic Palace of Versailles, according to announcements from both governments. 

The meeting comes as world leaders gather in the resort town of Evian-les-Bains for discussions on major international issues.

Trump is also anticipated to take part in a series of bilateral meetings during the summit, with U.S. officials indicating that ongoing efforts to address the Iran conflict will be a main topic. 

Discussions are expected to include conversations with leaders from several Middle Eastern nations, including Egypt, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.
