President Donald Trump participates in a bilateral meeting on Monday night with Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi in Tokyo.

The bilateral meeting comes during Trump's Asian tour this week, which includes stops in Malaysia, Japan and South Korea. He already visited Malaysia for the ASEAN summit over the weekend, and met with Japanese Emperor Naruhito earlier Monday.

Trump will visit South Korea on Thursday to meet Chinese President Xi Jinping.
