You Vote: With gov't shutdown and Trump 20 point peace plan both in 2nd week, which happens first?

With the Senate once again on Monday not being able to reach a 60-vote threshold to end the partial shutdown of the federal government, what will it take to finally break the logjam, and which side will blink first?

With favorable reaction by all parties, at least publicly, to President Donald Trump's 20-point peace plan to end the war in Gaza and attempt to establish a wider solution to the regional conflicts, when will Hamas release the remaining hostages in exchange for hundreds of Palestinian life prisoners and the others who have been taken prisoner since the start of the war when Hamas attacked Israel, killing about 1,200 people and taking another 251 hostage? 

Both of these events face uncertain futures, both in terms of the length of time and in the actual outcome.
