Russian ambassador: Russia is not going to use nukes

"Russia is not going to use nukes... it is out of the question." Andrei Kelin, Russian Ambassador to the United Kingdom, was firm on Wednesday that Russia will not be launching any nuclear weapons in their war against Ukraine.
