Judge rejects podcaster's effort to dismiss lawsuit filed by girlfriend of FBI Director Kash Patel

Conservative podcaster Kyle Seraphin's effort to dismiss a defamation lawsuit filed by Alexis Wilkins, the girlfriend of FBI Director Kash Patel, was rejected by a federal judge on Friday.

Seraphin, a former FBI agent, is arguing that his comments about Wilkins were satire.
