Canadian woman accused of attacking teen wearing Trump clothing has been deported

Kaitlyn Tracey, a Canadian woman who was accused last month of assaulting a teen wearing clothing bearing the words "Trump" and "ICE," has been ordered to return to her home country. 

Kaitlyn E. Tracey, 33, approached a group of four girls on the Point Pleasant Beach boardwalk on July 3 and recorded them with her phone, according to court documents. She allegedly yelled at two people wearing "patriotic colored" sweatpants before she slapped the victim across her face and body, according to an affidavit of probable cause. The victim wasn't injured. 

Tracey left the area. Using surveillance video, police later identified, arrested and charged her with endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault, harassment and obstruction. She is a Canadian citizen who entered the U.S. with a passport in 2024. The visa expired on Sept. 6, 2024, Fox News reported. 

An immigration judge in Texas ordered Tracey deported to Canada on Tuesday. A spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security told Fox News that Tracey received full due process, and U.S. Customers and Immigration Enforcement will return her home "as soon as possible."
