The health of Pope Emeritus Benedict is worsening, Pope Francis says

Pope Francis said Wednesday that his predecessor, 95-year-old Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI, is, "very sick," and has asked the public to pray for him. A Vatican spokesperson later confirmed the former pope's health has been progressively deteriorating.
