Mark Morgan: CBP has caught over 90,000 criminals at southern border over last 3 years

Former acting Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan says the CBP has apprehended over 90,000 criminals trying to cross our southern border over the last 36 months. "Illegal aliens are claiming American victims every single day,” says Morgan.
