Ukraine's U.S. Ambassador says Russia has lot lost more than 100,000 troops so far

The Ukrainian Ambassador to the U.S. says that Russia, ‘have to face the reality’ that they have been unable to take down Ukraine and explain the loss of more than 100,000 troops to the Russian people.
