The Department of Justice said Tuesday that a State Department employee allegedly removed classified documents and met with Chinese officials.

The employee, Ashley Tellis, is also a contractor with the Office of Net Assessment at the Department of Defense, and is considered a subject matter expert on India and South Asian affairs, according to the DOJ, Fox News reported.
