Rep. Madison Cawthorn: Nancy Pelosi doesn't have the right to fine representatives over masks

Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC) says that "the jury is still out on if Nancy Pelosi can actually furlough our paychecks to be able to take the money from us. I genuinely don't believe she has the right to, and if we believe we have a case, I will take her to court over it."
