Kentucky AG Russell Coleman explains entry type 86 trade loophole, allowing uninspected Chinese imports under $800 into U.S.

Attorney General Coleman highlights that 1.2 billion packages were uninspected last year, leading to overdose deaths. He praises the Trump administration for swiftly closing this loophole.
