Oversight Chair Comer calls for complete revamp of Secret Service: ‘They don't have a money problem. They have a leadership problem’
Oversight Chairman James Comer calls for a complete revamp of Secret Service following two attempted assassinations of former President Donald Trump in two months. "They don't have a money problem. They have a leadership problem," House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer told Just the News in an exclusive interview that aired Friday on the John Solomon Reports podcast. "And it's going to take more than new leadership. It's going to take a whole new culture at the Secret Service to protect whoever the President is in the future." Comer also speaks about a hearing before his committee earlier this week, where not a single Democrat on Oversight talked about Biden-Harris administration. Comer notes that instead of defending the ‘disastrous’ policies of the Biden- Harris administration, the Democrats chose to complete ignore the topic of the hearing and pivoted to bashing and talking about former President Donald Trump for five hours. Comer also took the time to explain that the reason why the “world is on fire” right now, referring to the heightened tensions in Middle East between Israel, Hezbollah, Houthis, and Iran was all made possible by Biden-Harris administration freeing up money by sanctions relief and oil sales to Iran, which both restored their coffers. Additional interview with Texas Land Commissioner Dawn Buckingham, and Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchett.
